1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Plan & Plate mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Plan & Plate is a meal planning application designed to help individuals and families plan weekly meals, generate grocery lists, and discover recipes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Plan & Plate offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store. All billing is handled by Apple and subject to their terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
4. Free Trial
New Pro subscribers may be eligible for a 30-day free trial. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand through your Apple ID account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including recipes, images, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to Plan & Plate. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
6. User Content
If you import or save recipes from third-party sources (such as Instagram Reels), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that content. Plan & Plate is not responsible for third-party content imported by users.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that nutritional information is accurate. Always consult a qualified health professional for dietary advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan & Plate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
